Mission Statement
The mission of the Care Unit is to provide food, clothing and temporary housing to those in need.
Vision Statement
To fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as recorded in Matthew 25:35-36: “I was hungry and ye gave me meat; I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger and ye took me in; naked and ye clothed me”.
Goals and Objectives:
- To exemplify the love of Jesus Christ by providing basic needs.
- To ascertain the needed commodities on a continual basis through donations and/or purchases.
- To incorporate the mission of the Care Unit with other outreach ministries such as the Prison and Hospital.
- To provide temporary shelter for those displaced from their homes during natural disasters.
